The Lodge is a magnificent structure. It was the first building on the property and originally had a sleeping loft which housed the guests and hunters.

It has been remodelled adding skylights, french doors and a small kitchen. Water for the kitchen comes from the nearby well, which also serves as a cooler for drinks that are lowered in the bucket!

The wrap-around porch with its' hammock and seating provides a wonderful spot for afternoon relaxation or evening socializing.
